The second personal development activity is coming up! On Tuesday, May 27th, from 15:00 to 16:30, you are invited to take part in a workshop on finding a healthy balance between workload and personal life. It will take place at Langeveld 2.16 and the workshop will be held by Demi Jongejan.
During the workshop, you'll explore what stress actually is and how to deal with it, identify your moments of recharging, learn how to handle setbacks, and reflect on what gives you energy and what drains it.
As board members, we’ve also faced the challenge of juggling responsibilities and maintaining personal well-being this past year. That’s why we believe this workshop is valuable. It offers practical tools and insights to help you manage stress, set priorities, and take care of yourself in the midst of a busy schedule. Whether you're in a busy study period or just want to gain more self-awareness, this workshop can be useful for everyone!
