Pilates Training

Dear SHARE members,

 

We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming Pilates training session! 🧘‍♀️ Whether you’re already familiar with Pilates or just curious to try something new, this session is a great opportunity to move, relax, and connect with fellow SHARE members.

 

During the training, we’ll focus on core strength, flexibility, and balance in a motivating and supportive atmosphere. It’s the perfect way to stay active and take a moment for yourself during the week.

 

The session will take place on Monday, March 23rd, from 17:00 to 18:00 at the Hatta Dance Studio, located next to café In De Smitse at the Erasmus Sports Building.
